This PS3 is somewhat fully Backwards Compatible with PS1 and PS2 games.

Please note that there's some PS2 Games that won't work or will glitch out on this Console. CECH-E01 Models reads PS2 Games differently than CECH-A01 Models through emulating. Let's hope the games that you're hoping to play cooperate with this model. Please do research on this.

This is the best way the classics in high definition. Even if you don't have a physical PS1/PS2/PS3 game, Sony might have what you're looking for on the PSN Store.

Sony's PS3 still has lots of life left in it. Unlike it's Nintendo and Microsoft competitors, the PS3's Online Playstation Store is still active and it's online multiplayer services is still fully functional. Great deals on online games. Will have you thinking it's worth getting a PS3 in 2025/2026.
