Items are brand new and unused unless otherwise stated. On rare occasion, items with broken seal or extra stickers will do so only due to inspection or contents checking - these are still considered brand new and unused.

We aim to dispatch all orders placed before 5pm Monday to Thursday the same day, with DPD Next Business Day Delivery. Orders placed after 5pm will be dispatched the next working day. Orders placed on Friday (before 5pm) will be dispatched for delivery on Monday. Orders placed on Friday (after 5pm), Saturday or Sunday will be dispatched on Monday for delivery on Tuesday.

Although unlikely - shortfalls, damage or loss of delivery must be reported immediately.
