Preparation Instructions:

Black, oolong, and pu-erh teas: Pour 220 ml of freshly boiling water over one tea bag. 
Steep for 3-5 minutes, depending on your preferred infusion strength.

Green teas: Boil water and let it cool for 2 minutes to approximately 70-80°C (158-176°F).
 Pour 220 ml of water over one tea bag. Steep for 2 minutes. Serve plain.

Storage Instructions: Store in a cool, dry place.
