Sterling Silver and marked with a hallmark - Shown in the photos a very detailed hallmark
Postal scale - and could use a professional polishing - it does work but I can not confirm accuracy and needs to be adjusted to hit zero. Well beyond my skill set -
No monogram present
measures 4" tall and 3.75" wide and 1.5" deep
Comes with the original stand which is not attached and I believe this is intentional design which is also sterling silver.
The internal scale mechanism is also marked by Wilcox Silver Plate Co. with a paten date 1898
