When you place an order with us and you choose The International Shipping methods provided by Etsy, it will take time, sometimes weeks to get the parcel to you regardless of Priority or Express Status. Please be patient and realize that once it leaves my possession, it is handed over to the US Postal Service (USPS), then there may be a third party carrier called Asendia, a specialist in International Shipping that takes over control of the shipment. When the package reaches your country, Asendia hands it to your country's Customs Office. Once Customs has been cleared, it is then delivered to your local post office. Your country’s government will want to collect their Customs Duty which we have nothing to do with. At that point, your local Post Office is responsible to deliver it to your address. Should unexpected delays happen, you would have to contact your local postal office for delivery information. There’s nothing more I can do once it leaves my possession. It is out of my control. Please do not ask for a refund because you feel it is “late” since I shipped out your package immediately after receiving your order. When it is an international shipment such as yours, there is a strict no refunds policy. Please note that due to the complexities and challenges associated with international shipments, including customs regulations, tariffs, piracy, and shipping delay, theft and/or total loss, we have a strict no-return, no refund policy in place. By submitting your order and purchase, you acknowledge and accept these terms. We recommend you review the full terms and conditions prior to placing an order. Our advice is to be patient. It will get there. Sometimes a parcel gets to you in 10 days and sometimes it will take 5 or more weeks. Another bit of advice: you can track its arrival on the Etsy shipping platform or you can chat with Etsy (under HELP) and ask Etsy to call you. They are very good at their job, give them the tracking number and they can guide you through this process and let you know where the parcel is. We want you to know and accept the terms, the complexity of this type of international transaction, the time it takes to get the order to you and the strict NO RETURN, NO REFUND policy.. In a case where the carriers lose the parcel, we will put in a claim for insurance. To substantiate the loss, the Seller, the Buyer, the United States Postal Service and any other third party carrier must all sign an affidavit that they do not have possession of the parcel. The USPS and the third party carrier have to submit a Claim Result to the Insurance Company. The Claim Result must say that the parcel was not delivered and it was lost. This process will take approximately 90 days. When all things are settled and insurance has been paid, we will then refund you. This is how it works in International Delivery Service.
