It is designed not to stain or damage but it is always good to test on a small area before applying on the whole hat.

Do I need to keep using it regularly or is once enough?
Should be used after each wash, and any other time you see fit. Can be applied as little or as much as you want.

How long does it take my hat to dry after using Hat Shaper with stiffening spray?
Depends on how much stiffening spray you use; damp hats take 15-30 minutes. Wet hats will take 2-3 hours.

Why doesn't Hat Shaper use heat?
Hat Shaper's purpose is to reshape your hat without the risk of damaging it. Instead, we use a room temperature fan to dry your hat and allow the stiffening spray to set properly.
