Actual frame is 15.5x12.5. The displayed white border is 14x11. Showing through certificate is regular paper sized 8.5x 11. Frame can be hung vertical or horizontal. Small chip is pictured. The gold corners are not absolutely perfect but this seems more to be the way it was made rather than damage. Would be a great frame for displaying your license/diploma in an office for customers to see.
