Can send worldwide but I will ONLY use eBay's Global Shipping Programme as I have done for many years; it is the only way I find fully safe. This protects both me the seller and you the buyer, please don't ask me to send by another method as this is my tried and trusted way over the years.
 From the GSP centre , I am not privy to what they charge to send overseas; eBay will inform you, my duty is to get the item safely to the centre and then they take over.  They do not let me know the postal cost so please know it's not something I can change, they set the price for how much it costs once it leaves their centre. So please be sure you are happy with shipping before you pay.. again, I won't be aware of what they have charged once it left the centre, it's not something I can change, or even find out about.
