This is a used Longacre 52-78290 Digital Camber/Caster gauge with magnatic adapter. These are used for tweaking the camber/caster on vehicles.

It's in very good condition with light scuffs, marks and scratches from use and storage. Powers on promptly when the power button is pressed, when properly levelled it will show 0.0 and the readings will adjust as it's tilted/adjusted.
