- Before beginning installation, ensure your vehicle is turned off and cooled down to prevent injury.
- Carefully remove the old radiator by disconnecting the hoses and any mounting components.

- Connect the radiator hoses to the appropriate inlet and outlet ports, ensuring all connections are secure.
- Fasten all mounting pins and saddles, making sure the radiator is firmly in place without any loose ends.
- Refill the cooling system with the recommended coolant type and check for any leaks.
- Run the engine and verify that the temperature gauge reads within normal operational range.

The upgraded packaging consists of foam and corrugated cardboard. The carton is constructed from five layers of kraft paper, which significantly enhances its durability and resistance to damage.   The foam insert effectively secures the radiator in place, minimizing movement during transit.
