Item will ship within 48 hours of cleared payment. Free Tracking is included with all shipments. Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, or remote areas might include extra shipping (ask for a quote if you have any concerns). No shipping on weekends.

International Shipping: We only ship to certain countries outside the United States. 

Returns: If you wish to return an item, the item must be unused, uninstalled, brand new and in its packaging. Item must also be returned within 5 days of you (buyer) having received the item, which is indicated by tracking details. No Exceptions. 
There will also be a 20% restocking fee plus any shipping charges (including "free shipping" charges).
