ANTIQUE 1899 FRAMED MARRIAGE CERTIFICATE OAKLAND, MD & LISTS OF BIRTHS

In great shape for its age! There are age discoloration and creasing found on certificate. The back of the frame does not stay in well...this could be retacked or reframed. Inside the frame behind the board is a list of births and weddings in the family. This piece of paper is split in two shown in pics. The back board has writing from the estate regarding the certificate. Frame may show minimal signs of storage wear. Please see all pics for more detail as they are also a part of the description.
