What is it and what is it for?

 

These are new, genuine Brother-branded cartridges suitable for the printers as listed above.

They are sealed in their plastic packages.



What is included?

Your purchase is 4 cartridges. The details (including "Use before" dates where known) are:
     (open, incomplete) LC432 3-pack  2024.11  containing:
             LC432 M magenta
             LC432 Y yellow
     and separately:
             LC432 C cyan
             LC432 Y yellow

I am providing a warranty (see below) so if for some unlikely reason they don't work, I'll refund your money.

 

My photos usually show the complete contents of what is included in the auction. If you think something else that's not shown should be included, don't assume it is. Contact me via this site and ask before bidding.

Sometimes I have more than one of the same item and I only take a photo of one. This means that, while the photo is of an item the same as that in this sale, it may not be the actual one I send you. It will not be any inferior to the photo, and should be virtually identical.



Condition

Cosmetic

Cosmetically, these are new but not all in their original boxes. The items are still sealed in their plastic packs. There may be remnants of labels on it/them. Of course, none of this affects its operation.

Functional

The "Use before" date is as above.

 

I'll give a 30-day DOA warranty. If it doesn't work 100% (except for any issues noted in this listing), I'll refund all your money (including the postage) and may pay for postage to return it (if that's worthwhile). I can only offer this to buyers within Australia, but if an International buyer has a problem, I'm happy to negotiate.



Shipping

Postage costs can be combined on multiple items. Note that the eBay calculator for multiple purchases isn't very flexible. If you are planning to buy more than one item, contact me if you want a good postage estimate.

 

If using PayPal, the item must be sent with proof of postage as per PayPal requirements. This is included in al the postage options in the calculator for each listing.

 

For PayPal payments, the item(s) must be sent to the address in the PayPal notification email that I receive. If you want it sent somewhere other than your default address, youll need to change this on the way through the payment process.

Payment

You can pay by any method offered through eBay, or by cash on pick up locally (Brisbane). Any payment method must be in Australian dollars, negotiable in Australia.

 

This is a private sale, so no GST is involved.

 

 

General conditions

International buyers are responsible for any customs duty, etc. I'll describe the item and price accurately on the customs declaration. You'll also need to confirm, before you bid, that the item is permitted to be imported.

 

Due to some bad experiences, I have had to block bidders from a couple of countries. If you find yourself in this situation, and you're serious, contact me and, if your rating is OK, I'll make the appropriate arrangement so you can bid.

What do I expect from you?

 

If you buy the item, I expect you to contact me within 3 days and arrange to pay within 7 days. I need you to provide me with a correct address for me to send the item. When you get the item and youre happy with it, Id appreciate feedback on the eBay site.

 

What can you expect from me?

 

I value my eBay rating and I have every intention of providing good value for you. I recognize that youve only seen a photo and read my description of the stuff youre buying. Im sure there are odd cases where I have omitted to put in something that you may consider important but Ive just forgotten or maybe didnt realize was important. Youll only find this out when you get the stuff.

 

If there is some unforeseen discrepancy between what youve expected and what you get, Ill usually refund your money. If its obviously my fault, Ill also refund your postage. If its worthwhile, Ill also pay for you to send it back. Note that this only applies to unforeseen discrepancies, i.e. it doesnt cover things that were in the item description, or could be seen in the photo.

 

Ill leave feedback on the eBay site for you. If all goes as well as it nearly always does, it will be positive. If someone doesnt pay I will use the eBay Unpaid Item process and, if it goes to completion without payment, you may receive an Unpaid item Strike which could affect your ability to buy stuff on eBay.

 

Shipping costs and details

 

The following applies unless I have specified shipping costs as being fixed (usually only within Australia). eBay will calculate the postage based on my measurements of weight and size of the parcel. This will be based on best estimates. Sometimes, when I get to the Post Office, theyll charge me slightly more or less. If its more, Ill wear it. If its less, Ill offer you a refund if the difference makes this worthwhile (usually if it's above about $2).

 

I'll try to get the best pricing for postage (on your behalf) and that may sometimes mean that I need to slightly deface the packing (box, etc) of the item, for example by putting packing tape or an address label on it. If you want to keep the packing looking as pristine as possible (for example, if you plan to resell it, or give it as a gift), please tell me when you buy it and I'll pack it differently. Packing or postage costs may be slightly different in this case. Again, please ask first if this is likely to be a problem.
