Lecoultre is legendary, they have more watch patnents then any other maker. Their quailty is unmatched. They have been imitated but never replicated. This is a Memovox Alarm watch. The words are latin for ".memory voice." Charlie Chaplin wore a memovox. This watch precede the Vucain criket watch as the first automatic alarm watch. I can't say enough about Lecoultre watches.
This is an excellent example.Alot of memovoxs' have stainless steel backs, this one doesn't. the entire watch case is 10K gold filled. The strap is Ostrich leather.
