●The headset is pre-owned. So it does show some cosmetic wear. There is an odor, smells kind of musty due to it possibly being kept in storage for a while. It does not include the original head strap. Instead, the enhanced comfort elite strap (6000mAh) is included. It also does not include a charger for it.

●Both motion controllers were updated before being factory reset. They need to be paired again to the headset as part of it being a new setup device. Batteries are NOT included. A pair of Aubika rechargeable controller grips will be included. They are missing the battery covers for the controllers.

Items are usually shipped out within 2 business days of purchase, depending on the day of the week. But standard is usually next day shipping.
