Hand made by Kim’s Posh Pets in the USA. Incredible detail, impeccable stitching, closes underneath and at the neck with very nice secure Velcro. This dress has a D ring you can attach a lead to, but this is a party dress and NOT a secure harness. 

The adorable bodice is gray and white striped with various framed photos of witches hats! The bodice fabric is a beautiful, luxurious soft cotton. The bodice attaches to a triple ruffle of gray tulle and each tulle layer is trimmed in satin ribbon in all the colors of Halloween! Absolutely gorgeous design! 

The bodice is completely lined in black. 

Two lime green and purple satin bows adorn each side of the dress, accented with a cute orange button! 

This size small is for 10” to 12” neck, 14” to 16” chest, and 11” length
