This is a hand made hip scarf. This maroon colored wrap with fringe is not lined on the underside (see photo) so that you can see the hours of work in the beautiful Uzbek embroidery.
The measurements are:
30” wide at top of bib with 17” ties on each side
21” long
6” black fringe
