Domestic Returns:  BUYER PAYS RETURN SHIPPING.  Accepted within 30 days after purchase if the item is returned in it's original condition.  It must be returned in the same protective packaging that it was sent in.

SHIPPING:

WE SHIP FROM HAWAI'I!  Simply due to the distance and the increased number of post office transfers, shipping (when applicable) is generally a little more expensive and may take an extra day or so to arrive on the US mainland (when compared to items that are shipped from within the US mainland)... season and weather-pending!

BUYERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR PROVIDING A SECURE SHIPPING LOCATION... WE HATE "PORCH PIRATES" TOO, BUT ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THEFTS.  If you would like Signature Confirmation for your package, you must contact us PRIOR to purchase so that we can make the proper price (+ $3.80), packaging, and labeling adjustments.

We have no control over your package once it is in the possession of USPS.  If you have delivery issues (mis-delivered, not delivered, damaged package, etc.) you must contact your local USPS office and make a claim.  Our office here in Hawaii cannot help you once it has left the islands.

Shipping costs include: the actual cost of shipping, plus the cost of any applicable materials used for your package such as envelopes, bags, boxes, bubble wrap, protective foam, etc.

DOMESTIC Shipping:  Your item will ship via USPS Ground Advantage (if 15 oz. or less) or by USPS Priority Mail (if 1 lb. or more), within one Business Day after eBay has confirmed your payment AND mailing address.  Make sure that the mailing address is fully correct; we do not ship to alternative/email-requested addresses.  If you have accidentally provided the wrong address, you must cancel your order and re-purchase using the proper mailing address. 

Combined Domestic Shipping?  Usually, we can combine items *depending on what the items are*.  IF the actual combined shipping cost is less than what you originally paid, we will refund the difference back to you.
