Remote Area

When choosing DHL/FedEx, we will check whether your address is a Remote Area. If it is, Remote Area Fee needed to be charged. 

Important Reminder

1, Please open the carton when you receive the package and check if the goods are in good condition before the delivery courier leaves.

2, If the goods are in good condition please sign it.

3, If the goods are broken please take photo and refuse to sign it. Otherwise, we will unable to responsible for damage or breakage.

Dear clients, please inform us your full correct name ,address ,zip code and  phone number, in case the package is returned. If the package be returned since you leave me wrong address, we don’t responsible for that. 

Customs Taxes

We don't undertake the Customs Tax, and not responsible if the package is blocked at Customs.
