About the Refurbishment Process.
We operate a JIT business model, and all of our products are refurbished to order by our team of experienced in-house technicians, this ensures that we can deliver products of the highest possible standard every time.

We begin by testing the basic functionality of the product using print quality test pages. This will highlight any (and all) substandard parts, which are replaced immediately.

We then continue to test all applicable functions, this includes connection testing, paper feed testing, quality testing and volume testing.

Once the product is verified as being in excellent mechanical condition, it is thoroughly cleaned both internally and externally.

When the refurbishment process has been completed, we bubble-wrap the product and package it using Instapack foam, which ensures maximum safety during the handling process. We then distribute the product nationally or internationally using a range of suitable carriers. Additionally, wherever it is safe to do so, we re-use packaging and boxes to reduce our carbon footprint.
