Then, carefully using two slotted screwdrivers, begin to separate the graphite case (around the circumference between the holes) from the metal base of the electric motor, thereby removing the graphite case from the shaft together with the key ring.



Attention! 
Before pressing the ring onto the shaft, you need to measure the inner diameter of the ring and fit the motor shaft under the ring by grinding the shaft with a fine sandpaper.
So that the loosened ring is pressed again and held firmly on the shaft, the shaft should be 0.03 mm larger than the ring .

The key ring is pressed onto the motor shaft using a large vise and a 6mm hex head. It is necessary to rest the motor shaft on the vise lip on one side, and the hex head on the vise lip on the other side and press the ring on slowly while heating it with a construction hairdryer.


If you have a loose ring that fits on the shaft loosely, it can be seated on the red anaerobic retainer. After assembling the graphite pump, be sure to check the rotation of the engine through the holes in the motor housing. The shaft should spin freely without biting or braking.


ATTENTION!
After replacing the motor, check the tightness of the vacuum system (door tubes, diaphragm valves in the locks, etc.).
Check impeller for wedging.
Moisture is not allowed in the graphite pump.
Do not allow continuous operation of the pump, more than 7 seconds - BURN OUT!
