This is an Irwin Fiber Cement-PCD cutting blade! it is 7 1/4 inches. It has polycrystalline diamond tipped teeth that last 15X longer!
This is a brand new blade in unopened package. The plastic is worn and looks aged due to storage. There is one Crack in the plastic packaging as seen in the pics. PLEASE SEE PICS.
