Payment

We accept Managed payment.
Payment is due within 5 days of the auction's end.
We will ship the item 3 business days after your payment clears.

Shipping

I send a product by FedEx, EMS, or Japan Post International e-packet.
For no additional charge, it is basically Japan Post. Japan Post may take longer to deliver.
Packaging is basically bag type.
I'll put in the tracking number. Please bid on it without worrying.
Shipping is only available to the address registered with PayPal.
Please note that any address not registered with PayPal is not acceptable to ship.
Shipping is available from Monday to Friday. Weekends are not available because the post office is closed.

Returns

Returns will only be accepted if the item is different from the description.
As a rule, returns, refunds, and exchanges are not accepted.
Shipping charges will not be refunded. If you received free shipping service when you placed your order, you will be charged for the restocking fee and the shipping fee from Japan to the buyer (deducted from refund).
In the unlikely event that a directly managed or branded store determines that the item is fake, we will take necessary recall measures.
Please provide clear information showing the item is fake; otherwise we cannot make a decision.
