Bought this at estate . All parts are with this clock . I have no knowledge on hooking it up to work . Everything seems in tact . All I bought from estate has worked been in good condition for the age of items . Beautiful piece and the brass chimes that hang are very heavy . The bell works on it . This is sold without trying . I went lower on price than tested ones so whoever purchases I think will be very pleased . Will have insurance and wrapped to arrive safely .
