This machine adopt connectiong rod driving and injection pump filling, elimimated the normal chain pulling driving mode( the traditional driver is not easy to adjust the volume, with inconvenient maintenance, and easy to abrased chain) New filling driving mode are easy and fast to adjust the filling volume.only adjust one main driving rod, other injection pump will keep the same volume.the mated filling pump is 316L stainless pump,PLC control, high filling precision and eady to adjust filling volume.
This machine adopt Germany imported no oil bearing, no need to add lubrication oil the whole life, high rub resistance thrice to fourfold higher than copper bearing. With reasonable design, steady running,easy to operate and maintenance, accord with GMP standard, no bottle stop working, can be linked with bottle sorter and labeling machine.Customerized filling head, after filling with no dripping.
