Machine usage:
This production line is mainly used for automatic bottle unscrambling, filling, adding plug, capping, labeling and printing electronic cigarette liquid, eye drop, nail polish, eye shadow, essential oil and son on product production.
Machine function and features:
1. The working process: bottle unscrambling (optional) – filling—plug adding—cap adding –capping--labeling (optional) - coding (optional).
2. PLC control system, color touch screen display, peristaltic pump or piston pump measuring.
3. Can choose fixed mold or mechanical vacuum suction device for plug adding device.
4. Filling system has back suction function, the liquid no drop leak.
5. This machine adopts constant torque screw cap, equipped with automatic sliding device, to prevent the cap damage.
6. It has no bottle no filling, no filling no adding plug, no plug no adding cap functions.
7.The whole line is compact, high speed, high degree of automation, save the manpower cost.
8. Machine body and parts contacting product are made by stainless steel, full compliance with GMP requirements.
