Hand signed 4x6 inch photo by Jefferson Airplane/Starship singer and Rock and Rock Hall of Famer, Grace Slick. Ms. Slick is an American musician and artist renowned as the co-lead vocalist of the classic rock bands Jefferson Airplane, Jefferson Starship, and Starship.

She played a pivotal role in the development of psychedelic rock and the counterculture movement of the late 1960s, achieving fame with Jefferson Airplane's 1967 album Surrealistic Pillow, which featured the top-ten hits "White Rabbit" and "Somebody to Love".

Her distinctive contralto voice and striking stage presence made her one of the most important female rock stars of her era, influencing performers like Stevie Nicks, Patti Smith, and Terri Nunn.

Slick began her musical career with the Great Society in 1965 before joining Jefferson Airplane after the departure of Signe Toly Anderson.

She remained a central figure in the band until the early 1970s, later forming Jefferson Starship with Paul Kantner and contributing to Starship's success in the 1980s, including co-leading the number-one hits "We Built This City" and "Nothing's Gonna Stop Us Now".

She also pursued a successful solo career, releasing four studio albums and earning multiple gold and platinum records.

Slick retired from music in 1990, citing that rock and roll is a "young person's game" and that performing songs expressing feelings one no longer has is "silly".

She was inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 1996 as a member of Jefferson Airplane
