Vintage iconic Cobra Baffler Fairway 3 Wood — the club head only, no shaft. The Baffler is a piece of golf history — introduced in 1975 as essentially the first hybrid/rescue club, in part because of its unique brass dual rail sole bottom.
Inspired by catamarans skimming across water, its innovative design provided easier turf interaction, helping golfers get the ball up in the air and out of difficult lies, and it laid the foundation for the modern hybrid golf club.
This is just the club head — fully intact and suitable for re-shafting. Or the club head could be re-purposed into a cool golf gift or tabletop piece.
Contrary to popular belief, the early Bafflers were not made from persimmon, but rather are made from laminate wood.
