This is a One (1) NOS Champion F10 Spark Plug - New Old Stock.  New (NOS). There is some wear to the packaging (see pictures). The plastic may be disintegrating. These are not show quality, they are sold to be opened and used.  Please see the pictures and description for more details!!!
