This is a Yamaha MT-09 stator cover, removed from my bike.

The cover has no functional issues—only cosmetic ones. I bought a new one for €250, so if someone is interested, this could be a great option to replace a broken cover at a lower cost than buying new. You can also add an engine guard to it, and it will still come out cheaper than purchasing a brand-new one.
