Undated however I am also offering the certificate for the named individual as a separate item, which is dated to Dec. 1950.  Folded horizontally twice through the middle (shown), the spots on the back suggest it was glued shut after folding, presumably for mailing ???.  Otherwise, minor wear from its intended use and over a Half Century of storage, however nothing too serious.  Oversized item and this will be shipped with rigid insert for suitable protection, so a bit more for S&H necessary.  Due to the lower value and nature of the item, any return necessary is the responsibility of the buyer.
