Manufactured for Ben Franklin 5 & Dime stores.  Chinese make (possibly Yatming.)  This unpunched card and sealed package is extremely rare, as is finding one in mint condition.

The blister is not great quality and is slightly crushed, but not cracked.  Will ship with great care.
