- Customer must contact kairos-auto-parts within 30 days of receiving shipment for approval of any return or exchange. All returns must be in new original condition as received and should be shipped with delivery confirmation.
- Please note that all returns must be advance approval by us. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. - Exchanges due to shipping errors by kairos-auto-parts will not be subject to a restocking fee or shipping charges.
