1.Each tablet contains 260mg Calcium and 1000g Vitamin C to help in formation and maintenance of bones and teeth.

Directions
Dosage: Adults & children 9 years of age and older: One effervescent tablet once daily.
The effervescent tablet should be dissolved in a glass of water (approx. 200ml) and taken immediately.
With or without food.
