  • The product should be in original condition. (Items that show signs of usage, engraved, altered, or damaged in any way cannot be accepted for return.) and in its original box along with all accompanied documents.

    Item that returned without RA(Return Authorization) request, we are not going to process it. So, please feel free to request a return.

  • We will not be liable for lost or damaged return shipments.

  • Shipping charges are non refundable.

  • Items Listed "FREE SHIPPING" still cost us money to ship. If you wish to return an item, we will deduct original shipping charges from your refund.

  • Shipping charges for returning the item will be buyer's responsibility.

  • Any unauthorized, improperly packaged, or non-insured packages will be returned to sender.

  We try to keep our shipping prices the lowest and always will ship the cheapest way possible to save you money, but offer priority or expedited shipping options as well. Items valued at over $100 will be shipped with insurance included in the shipping price, no exceptions as we will not be responsible for damage during shipping.

  If your item is damaged in shipping, you must place a claim with the carrier within 24 hours, and is beyond my reasonable control.

  We ship as FAST as we possibly can after payment is received.

  Most items ship the next day. There are exceptions Holidays, Saturdays & Sundays.

  Auctions that end on the weekend - if you paid before Monday generally I get it out on Monday

  
  

  A phone number is now required in the checkout, as FedEx/UPS now require it for shipments. I Can not be held responsible for further shipping costs if your item is undeliverable due to a faulty, non existent or unfound address also if item is returned to me you will be responsible for those charges too before I reship the item again so please make sure your delivery address is correct!
