This Headlight mounting band "strap" fits the

ATC 250SX 1985-1987

Picture 3 & 4 show a hole, this area is where the nub on the strap goes through the headlight case. The hole is for a pin to go through to expand the nub to make it fit tightly in the case. I just take a strap to the hardware store & buy a chrome coated bolt to insert in this area. 

Picture 5 & 6 are of this strap on my personal 1985 250SX. 

Polyurethane is much more durable compared to rubber, Polyurethane won't shrink, fade or dry rot.
