The multi-function sealing and repairing machine is mainly used for sealing the edge of the plate section. It has compact structure, reasonable layout, beautiful appearance, with curved edge sealing, double-sided gluing, automatic tape breaking, pneumatic head, upper and lower trimming and other functions.

  • First of all, it can be directly applied to the plate straight line and arc irregular border sealing operation, and the portable edge sealing machine is also suitable for a variety of different materials of the edge sealing tape.

  • Multi-functional microcomputer sealing machine through the special structural design, can make the plate with the edge sealing machine tape at the same time, to ensure that the paste is more uniform, more firm, the edge sealing effect is more perfect. The special design of the glue pot increases the volume of the glue pot and greatly reduces the preheating time, which can ensure sufficient melting amount.

  • Manual feeding coupled with manual control and motorized roller pressure mode can accurately and quickly carry out the edge sealing process, each part of the work design is strict and orderly, no degumming overflow phenomenon.

Scope of use

Suitable for side sealing: flexible melamine-impregnated paper, wood veneer, plastic and other furniture edge sealing materials, the rubber surface must be smooth.

 Plastic side sealing tape: must be coated with hot melt adhesive when heated without deformation. Plastic side tape, coated surface must be pre-coated with back adhesive (can make the back side tape and hot melt adhesive adhesive activator).

Suitable for hot melt adhesives: medium and low temperature hot melt adhesives with melting point below 120℃-170℃.

Suitable for the workpiece frame: can be bonded with hot melt wood, flower board, medium fiber board, particle board and other plate frame.
