In the event that a part is supplied and proven to be incorrect or faulty, bikepartz must be notified within 48 hours. Collection can then be arranged; if a replacement is not available then a full refund will be offered but we cannot cover labour.
In the event that a part is supplied correctly but the customer had made an error, bikepartz must be contacted immediately and the part returned to us within 30 days at the cost of the customer.
Delivery will not be refunded and a 20% fee will then be charged.

We are unable to cover any labour costs
All parts are stamped & removal of the marks will invalidate your warranty.

- Non-mechanical and non-electrical target parts: 12 months
- Part-worn tyres: 3 months
- Batteries and high voltage components: 3 months

Customers should match the listing and part numbers before they finalise their purchase to avoid any confusion. (Mostly Stock Images are used, hence the item you receive may not be the exact item pictured, however it will be the same type of item and part number), All our Panels (Doors, Bonnets, Tailgate, Bumpers etc) are stored on Panel Racking. It is inevitable that they will suffer further scratches, and as such, they should be purchased on the basis that they will need a blowover before being fitted. Please do not assume that panels will be in a perfect condition ready to be fitted directly to your vehicle.
