We take great care packaging every item to ensure safe shipment to you. Once your order has been processed and we have received cleared payment, your item will be dispatched as soon as possible.

Restrictions and surcharges may be applicable for some services to destinations in the Highlands, Scottish islands, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Northern Ireland, Isles of Scilly, the Channel Islands and the Republic of Ireland. Please contact us for a quote before buying if you require delivery to these areas.

Please select the service you require during checkout - if it is urgent we suggest 1st Class or Our 24-hour courier service. Please note our standard UK courier costs apply to UK mainland only; courier prices for off shore locations will be given on an individual basis. Contact us if you require a Recorded or Guaranteed Special Delivery service.

Postage Services: Most of our items are available with 1st and 2nd Class Postage (subject to weight and value restrictions).

1st and 2nd Class Recorded, Special Delivery (Guaranteed Next Day - Monday to Friday) and Courier are also available.

Our Standard Delivery Option in the UK is 2nd Class which Royal Mail or Economy Courier aim to deliver in 2 to 5 working days.

We aim to dispatch all items within 24 hours (Monday to Friday), however, please allow up to 48 hours to receive our dispatch confirmation email.

If there is a delay with your delivery we will contact you within 48 hours to let you know (mon-fri).

Returns

RED STELLA LTD Under the United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations, you have the right to cancel the contract for the purchase of any of these items within a period of 7 working days, beginning with the day after the day on which the item is delivered. This applies to all of our products. However, we regret that we cannot accept returns where the item has been opened.

If an item is generally faulty we will happily replace the item once returned and post a replacement asap for you, minimising any inconvenience caused. Please contact us via email or phone first as sometimes problems can be sorted and also to help us to keep track of any returns.

If you no longer want a purchased item please return the item within 30 days of purchase, in the items original condition "as new" and packaging, for a refund in full minus our original postage costs.
