Very nice Stuart Twin Victoria twin horizontal mill live steam engine.
Runs well on air, see video.

Base is approx 14" x 7". Flywheel is approx 7" diameter.
The governor rotates as you can see, for show, is not connected to steam inlet. Flywheel does
have some side movement as the video tries to show.
