This ring likely dates to around 2010 or thereabouts and was originally produced by the real gemstone company. The ring is in good condition as can be seen from the photos that form part of the description and is set with a 1.2 cm oval cut Ruby that is approximately five carats. The Ring has two clear gemstones set into the shoulders making this a trilogy ring one appears to test in the range of white topaz and the other I would suggest is possibly the same but as it is more deep set, the tester will not reach the stone.
