This is a model LAS19U integrated circuit adjustable current regulator by Lambda.  The regulator is still brand new and has been pulled from the factory tray package (shown in the last 2 pictures).  There may be some light aging wear on the regulator though nothing major and nothing which would affect performance.  I have a number of these available and the one you receive will be in similar condition to the one shown here in the pictures, plus or minus a little wear, and up to 4 of these can be purchased together without an increase in shipping cost.  Please ask if there are any questions.
