  In the case of a missed delivery, please contact the Courier immediately to arrange a re-delivery or collection. If delivery is attempted and no-one is in to sign, a card is usually left by the courier.   1. Returns are only accepted within seven days after the item has been delivered 

  2. All items should be returned in the same condition and packaging, if anything is missing refund will not be given. 

  3. You will be responsible for the postage and packaging and in case if it has been lost in post you will need to contact mail service as original sender.
