THE LOCO is Complete , However sitting on the Track the TENDER DRIVE MOTOR  Runs well , but the Loco does not move as the central driving wheels are not attached to the Driving axle, hence the valve gear does not move , It needs someone with the knowhow to reset the wheels and quartering
