- Design: Striped Jumper (short or long sleeve option)
- Yarn: Originally knitted in vintage 3-ply fingering yarn (Sun-Glo Shrink Proof or Sunbeam Super – now discontinued). Modern fingering weight yarns can be used as a substitute.
- Needles: Old UK sizes 10 & 12 (approx. 3.25mm & 2.75mm). Larger size worked on UK size 9 (approx. 3.75mm).
- Tension/Gauge: 7 stitches = 1 inch, 9 rows = 1 inch
- Yarn Quantities (approximate):
• Short Sleeve – 7 skeins (vintage skeins were around 1oz each – please check your yarn yardage)
• Long Sleeve – 9 skeins
- Measurements: To fit 32–34" or 36" bust
• Length from shoulder to hem: approx. 20"
• Short sleeve seam: approx. 5"
