This book belonged to my father. It is in used vintage/antique condition. The hard cover has wear and the spine is torn. For the most part the pages are tight and clean, but a few are a bit loose and there is some writing in the book. A few pages are torn. 

Please look at all the photos (if you need more ask) and ask any questions before you buy. I try to describe everything the best I can and my feedback shows I am “fairly” accurate.
