RETURNS/REFUNDS/EXCHANGES

If you choose to return an item for any reason, please open a return request via eBay's return process.  All returns will be handled in accordance with eBay's return policies.  You will have 7 days to contact us and 10 days to return it from the date it was received. All returned items MUST BE in the original packaging. You MUST PROVIDE the tracking number of the package, state specific reason for the return, and include your eBay ID via eBay's messaging platform. A refund of purchase will be released to purchaser upon receipt of the item in its original condition, packaging materials with all components and accessories included, and no signs of seal tampering, & AFTER BOTH Buyer and Seller cancel the transaction from eBay. OR, you may choose to have a replacement.  NO returns, exchanges, credits, or refunds if seal on case is tampered, torn, peeled off, or otherwise shows signs of manipulation. Removing or tampering with seal on case will void hard drive warranty. Contact us first. Hard drive serial and model numbers are logged when purchase is made.
