On offer is a Genuine Birmingham Assayed Sterling Silver Handled Letter Opener bearing the Lalique Pattern. The item has a steel blade with a mirror finish. Each Letter Opener is meticulously restored and silver finished to perfection.

The Silver Handle is hallmarked with the with the letter R for 1934 along with the Lion Passant, Anchor, and the Makers Mark CJA - the mark for the sought after Charles James Allen. The item is in fantastic condition for its age as the photos reflect, the hallmarks are in pristine condition. The Paper Knife is 21 cm in length and weighs 41 grammes.
