On offer is a Genuine Birmingham Assayed Sterling Silver Handled Letter Opener bearing the Hemingford Pattern. The item has a steel blade with a mirror finish. Each Letter Opener is meticulously restored and silver finished to perfection.

The Silver Handle is hallmarked with the with the letter W for 1921 along with the Lion Passant, Anchor, and Makers Mark L&S - the mark for the sought after Levi & Salaman. The item is in fantastic condition for its age as the photos reflect, the hallmarks are in pristine condition. The Paper Knife is 23 cm in length and weighs 69 grammes.
