On offer is a Genuine Sheffield Assayed Silver Capped and Ferruled Letter Opener bearing a Mother of Pearl Handle. The item has a Silver blade with a mirror finish. Each Letter Opener is meticulously restored and silver finished to perfection.

The Silver Blade is hallmarked with the letter K for 1902 along with the Lion Passant, Crown and the Makers mark which is WW.HG - the makers mark for the sought after Watson & Gillot. The item is in fantastic condition for its age as the photos reflect, hallmarks are only slightly rubbed. The Paper Knife is 18.5 cm in length and weighs 35 grammes.
